Returns

We hope that you love your GBS tan! However, if for any reason you need to return your item, you must return the product in its original, unused condition for a full refund within 30 days from delivery.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. 

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by owner.
